Question: can you fold the safety net down to put a cover on?
Answer: Not easily, but it can be done.
I bought a cover but have ended up not bothering - every surface is washable in case of bird poo and it gets used so frequently it was a pain to put up and pack down again.
100% recommend this trampoline though - so much fun!

Question: What is the total width of the trampoline?
Answer: The trampolines are available in 2 sizes, 10 ft (305 cms) and 12 ft (366 cms).

Question: Anybody have trouble hanging the net on the poles? The rod doesn’t fit into the hangers
Answer: No. Ours went up quite easily.

Question: Does the trampoline come with a spring pulling tool?
Answer: Yes, it does. We bought another one too so we could pull the opposite springs at the same time. Made the job much quicker. Really good trampoline.

Question: Does the trampoline come with anything to anchor it down in case of high winds?
Answer: I don’t think so but it has been over a year since I erected it. I live in a coastal location and had some gale force winds over the winter but used weights on the bottom tube to stop it blowing away. Sandbags and some concrete keens / blocks did the trick

Question: Does this come with an anchor kit
Answer: No attachments to anchor trampoline to ground but it is very heavy so doesn’t move around
