Question:What is the capacity - Max Weight?
Answer:I think it says 400. My husband and I sit in together and he’s 240 and I’m 185. You do the math. Lol. Definitely over the limit and we’ve had not issues. :) Hope that helps!

Answer:It's 12 inches from the Floor to the top of the Seat, not counting the Cushion.
Question:How many pieces ? Does it connect in the middle or up top?
Answer:It has 3 pieces for the back that connect with the screws provides. 1 top piece and 1 base piece. All connect together. I suggest the 3 back pieces first then the top piece, and bottom
